Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will stop future recurring payments, if applicable.

The service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital software services, subscriptions and platform access fees are generally non-refundable once activated.

Eligible Refund Cases

• Duplicate payment charged by mistake.
• Payment processed successfully but service was not activated.
• Technical issues caused solely by AI Prosperity resulting in complete inability to access the service.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Trading losses incurred by the user.
• Lack of platform usage.
• User misunderstanding of platform features.
• Broker-related issues outside our control.
• Internet connectivity or third-party service interruptions.
